Therapy Services
I offer individual therapy for adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults. I support people through many different mental health challenges, and my approach centers on understanding your story, building meaningful connection, and working together toward real, sustainable change.
Family/Relationship Conflict
Families and relationships can be challenging to navigate. Whether you're dealing with conflict, boundaries, or big life changes, I help people understand each other better, talk more openly, and build healthier patterns.
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
ADHD can make daily life feel chaotic—forgetfulness, overwhelm, difficulty starting or finishing tasks, emotional ups and downs. We’ll explore what’s getting in your way, build practical skills, and find routines that work for your brain, not against it.
Anxiety/Depression
Anxiety and depression can show up in many ways—worry that won’t turn off, tension in your body, low mood, lack of motivation, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. In therapy, we explore the patterns behind these symptoms, understand what’s fueling them, and build practical, evidence-based strategies to help you feel more balanced, supported, and in control of your day-to-day life.
Trauma
Trauma can impact how you think, feel, and move through the world—even long after the event. You might notice triggers, difficulty trusting, emotional numbness, or a sense of always being “on edge.” In our work, we focus on creating safety first. We move at a pace that feels right for you, helping you understand your responses, process what happened, and develop tools that support healing, stability, and a greater sense of connection with yourself.
LGBTQIA+ Affirming
I offer a welcoming, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to explore identity, relationships, and life experiences without judgment. Whether you're questioning, coming out, or seeking support around stress, family, or transitions, we’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering for you.
Obsessive Complusive Disorder (OCD)
Intrusive thoughts and compulsions can feel exhausting and isolating. In our work, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space to untangle what’s going on, help you understand your patterns, and practice evidence-based strategies that bring relief and a sense of control back into your life.
